Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern the purchase of the full version of the holdin app, published by Abbal Consulting, a French SASU company, registered under SIREN 909993339 (SIRET 90999333900029), headquartered at 160 avenue Pasteur, 93150 Le Blanc-Mesnil, France.

Description of the service

holdin is a mobile app that helps you resist impulse purchases. You capture a desire, choose a waiting period, and the app supports you with regular check-ins. When the timer ends, you decide with clarity whether you still want to buy.

Pricing model

holdin operates on a freemium model. The free version allows up to 3 simultaneous timers. The full version costs €5.99 including tax. This one-time purchase unlocks the full app with unlimited timers. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no hidden fees.

Payment

Payment is made exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The payment infrastructure uses RevenueCat, but transactions are entirely processed by Apple or Google. Abbal Consulting does not collect or process any banking information directly. holdin has no access to any payment data.

Activation

Access to the full version is activated immediately after payment confirmation by Apple or Google. No additional action is required.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your consent. By purchasing the full version, you agree that access is activated immediately and waive your right of withdrawal. For any refund request, contact Apple or Google depending on your platform.

Refunds

Any refund request must be addressed directly to Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via the Play Store), in accordance with their respective refund policies. Abbal Consulting does not have the ability to process direct refunds.

Legal warranty

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of purchase. If the app has a conformity defect, you can contact contact@holdin.app.

Personal data

holdin does not collect any personal data. All your data stays on your device. For more details, see our privacy policy.

Liability

holdin is a personal reflection tool. The app does not constitute financial, investment, or savings advice in any way. You remain solely responsible for your purchase decisions. Abbal Consulting cannot be held liable for the consequences of using the app.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Abbal Consulting's registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
